Premier Design Licensing
Each U-Neek Premier Graphic Design is sold under a license that permits both personal and commercial use, subject to the terms below.
Permitted Uses
You may use the purchased design for personal or commercial purposes on up to five (5) individual physical products.
After five (5) individual physical products have been created using the design, an additional license must be purchased before the design may be used on any additional products.
Pattern Use
You may convert the purchased design into a repeating pattern. The complete pattern must be used in its totality on one individual physical product, and each product created with the pattern counts as one of the five (5) permitted uses under the license.
Design File and Scaling
Design files are provided in PNG format. You may convert the purchased design to a vector format when needed for scaling, provided the design itself is not altered except as otherwise permitted by this license.
Design Integrity
The entire design must be used as provided. Cropping the design is not permitted. Corners may be rounded when necessary to fit the physical product, provided no other portion of the design is altered or removed.
Website Use
The purchased design may not be used as a design element on a customer’s website or incorporated into the design or appearance of a website.
Resale and Redistribution
The digital design file itself may not be resold, shared, given away, redistributed, or otherwise transferred to another person or business.
Digital Products and Refunds
Because these are digital products, all sales are final and refunds are not available once the design has been purchased.
License Responsibility
By purchasing and using a U-Neek Premier Graphic Design, you agree to follow the terms of this license. A new license must be purchased whenever additional use beyond the five (5) permitted individual physical products is required.
